From Carl, Paul's son:
My father was Paul Yarbrough Jr., a native Arlingtonite and successful
businessman. He was a great supporter of scouts and a scout himself. He
was at most meetings when I was a scout and journeyed with us on many
trips including Philmont and Summers canoe base. He died in an auto
accident in 1989 and my mother gave the money to build the building in
his memory. It was completed and dedicated in 1991. Walt Richey was a
long time scoutmaster and super guy who was with Troop 68 for many years
and died sometime around the time my father did".
